It all started with a front door. I called Mark Dimulias at Marks Repair and Service 408-362-0176 to see about installing a new front door. He showed up promptly to give me a bid. Well, I started talking about windows and a roof and electrical work...

Before I knew it, I had a bid for my new windows and door and a date was set to put them in. Not only did he and his crew show up when they said, they did an outstanding job on the doors and windows and at VERY good price! Mark took the time to consult with me regarding options for the styles, the trim, the grid patterns. It was the little things I didn't think about but Mark was very detailed about! I would highly recommend him for any work you may be looking at doing. Also, he is a neighbor which made it more attractive to hiring him. He wants his neighborhood to look good and wants the job done right and on time!

While installing the windows, he subbed out the electrical work I needed (Electrician was onsite immediately and did a great job at a great price!) He also had another contractor come out to give me a bid on a new roof...I could NOT pass up that as the price was great AND I didn't think I would make it through another winter rain without leaks.

I cannot thank Mark enough...actually, I'm looking at having him back to do my bathrooms and kitchen..he gave me more ideas that again I never thought of. I STRONGLY recommend him for any work you may have. It's nice to do business with a true business man AND neighbor.
