Thanks again for your referral for the Window Company. I wanted to get back to you on my experiences..

While overall, I was pleased with their price, I do have some gripes about service and communication. They completed installation of International Brand windows on 5/5 in two days (3 weeks after estimated installation date). They did an adequate job installing and the work crew was professional and quiet. There was some damage to the drywall that they offered to fix after I brought it to Wayne's attention, but I declined as it was small and easily fixed,only requiring paint and some patchwork.

I am, however, still lacking a screendoor to complete the job on the sliding glass door (they could not install the screen as the screen door size was incorrect at the time of the original installation). I have attempted confirm with Wayne to deliver the screendoor for 2 weeks now with little or no luck and he has only sporadically returned my calls after failing to make 3 stated delivery dates for the screen door to be installed. While I know that our project was smaller, I am a bit frustrated by a lack of communication or follow through.

Unfortunately, I paid him the balance of the contract payment on 5/5 thinking that the screendoor would be installed on 5/8 (original delivery date promise) and am just attempting to get him to finish the job today, 5/24 (I have even offered to pick the door from his shop). So my recommendation is, at best, mixed on this contractor.
