About one year ago, we got a business card showing "G D Landscaping" from its owner Mr. G.D.Rios advertising his landscaping service. We called "G D Landscaping" with the phone number (408-225-0112) shown on the business card this August when we decided to do our yard landscaping. Sean Rios (Son of Mr. Rios) showed up for estimation. He cheated on us and managed to take our initial deposit of over $2000, then run away without performing any work. We then checked with California Contractor Business Office to find out there is no such registered company named "G D Rios Landscaping" at all, and the license number Sean Rios gave to us belongs to another landscaping company. We sued Sean Rio for consumer fraud and pretailed in the court room. But till today, we have not got any penny back from him yet. It looks like he has no intention to return our money at all!
