Subj: Home Improvements: Air Conditioning/Furnaces/Water Heaters From: [email protected] (Jim Cosgrove) In 1997, I had Bill Gentile (he's the owner) come out from Conditioned Air to give me an estimate on A/C. I didn't get around to getting it done until this past spring (1999). Amazingly, he did the job for the same estimate that he quoted us two years ago! Good workmanship. Good products. Good results.
