I live a few blocks from San Anselmo School, and I fight a constant battle with rude, inconsiderate pet owner neighbors. There are at least three dog owners on my street who use their neighbor's yards as toilets for their pets (HEY OLD MAN, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE). They do not pick up after them, and get indignant if you stop them. I will soon be installing a video camera in the front of my house to catch them and post their pictures around the neighborhood, and maybe this website.

I own a Dog, and would never think of letting him use someones yard for a bathroom. I don't understand how grown adults can think this is OK?
