Is it me or didn't the mailer the city sent out say we would get PLENTY of notice when they paved our streets and to do maintenance? I guess they're coming by to do another round tomorrow (Tuesday 9/6) and were kind enough to put out signs stating cars will be towed if left parked on the street from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. And they JUST put the signs up today. Questions: 1) Is one day "plenty" of notice?? 2) Why 6:00 am? the garbage pick up isn't even in my neighborhood at that time of the morning- AND most people will be gone by 7:30am to go to work, why do we have to risk getting our cars towed when they won't even be out working by the time we go to work? ....thanks for the inconvenience City of San Jose..
