Subj: domestic abuse banners

I live near Cottle and Santa Teresa. This week, we've gotten loads of anti-domestic abuse banners posted on the streetlights along Santa Teresa.

They make me feel like I live in a high crime area, and I have seen potential home buyers going to open houses talking about them.

What can we do to have these removed?
