I am also very upset with the addition of the Tip Top Novelties store in the shopping center on Santa Teresa & Cottle. This is very bad for our neighborhood. I was in the center the other night getting food from KFC and noticed some questionable looking people going in there? I am now trying to avoid this shopping center.
