Subj: Tacky Store in the shopping center

I would just like to know WHY the owners of the shopping center at Cottle/Santa Teresa (KFC shopping center) would lease to what appears to be a such a sleazy shop as "Tip Top"? It has huge neon signs that advertise adult movies, novelties, tobacco, smoking devises etc. I am not a prude but this really seems inappropriate for a neighborhood center! Does anyone have any information on this? Scott?
