Subj: ANNOYING noise pollution Baldwin School Area
From: [email protected]

The ANNOYING high pitched whine that frequently impacts the Baldwin School (Vineyard-Martinvale) area is comeing from behind the Exsil facility on the corner Via Del Oro and San Ignacio. There is a HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT AREA behind Exsil that emits this noise. You can call the Environmental Health Department Noise Complaint Line @ 299-6060 8-5 Monday through Friday. They will send out an inspector to investigate and get back to you with the results. Forrest William's office has also expressed interest in eliminating this nuisance. He can be reached @ 277-4282.
Thanks for taking the time to help out with your calls to these people.
