A public hearing will be held at City Council Chambers, on the second floor of City Hall, at 801 North First Street, San Jose, CA at 10:00 a.m. on January 10th, 2001 to discuss the project amendment HA 99-02-040. The project amendment is for the addition of hazardous storage enclosures, additional improvements, and six liquid nitrogen tanks (each with a storage capacity of approximately 10,000 gallons). Does anyone share my opposition to this proposed amendment? I'm preparing a petition against this project amendment; however, I have only 8 days left.
