I am looking for a licensed contractor for two projects. The first is to examine an existing fence and write up a one page report on the findings of the fence, i.e. the wood quality and craftsmanship. The second is to provide an estimate regarding replacing the fence. Normally estimates are gratis, I will to pay an hourly for both projects. This is a time sensitive matter and the contractor must be licensed though not necessarily a fence builder by trade.
