We've been keeping our cat indoors because of the cat-killer scare. I heard on the radio in an interview with our mayor that the cat killings stopped in September when a suspect was arrested. I don't remember reading anything in the paper about the police catching a suspect. Does anyone know anything more about this? Is the neighborhood safe for cats again?
