Do you or any of the SouthSanJose.com readers know who I can contact about various businesses and schools replacing their mercury-vapor lights with low-sodium lamps, in order to cut down the amount of light pollution, so that Lick Observatory can do its thing?

I'm looking for a single contact within the city, rather than contacting each individual business or school.
