Subj: house on catamaran From: [email protected] (Lowe, April) This e-mail is regarding a house on Catamaran (near the San Ignacio intersection) whose fence fell down several months ago. When the fence first fell down, they left the broken wood lying there and put chicken wire around it. To make matters worse, they own several cars which sit in their backyard which obviously haven't moved in years. Their backyard is also filled with trash. I thought the chicken wire was temporary, but now they have a permanent metal fence which makes the entire backyard visible. Another Santa Teresa neighbor called Charlotte Powers office so she would take a visit. Her office said that the cars and trash were legal. How can this be? This house is brining down the property value of the whole neighborhood. It seems as if they must be breaking some type of neighborhood code. Does anyone know a way to take care of this situation that is affecting a large number of Santa Teresa neighbors? Thanks, |
