My wife and I are thinking about getting a gardner. Do you use one? If so, could you share your experience?

* How much do they charge and how often do they come?
* Do they occasionally do more than the basics like spraying, fertilizing or trimming?
* Do they speak english?
* Are you happy with them?
* If so, what is their name and number?
