Subj: Thinking of relocating

Hi,
I'm a New Yorker and I have recently been thinking of relocating to a nice small town. I saw your website and it made Santa Teresa sound charming. I was a little concerned when I saw the reports of car break-ins, however as a New Yorker I must say that's nothing!

I was curious about rentals or condo availability. How much would a two bedroom, two bath condo cost?

It would be great if someone could send e-brochures or post pictures of the town on the webpage.

I am pleased to see that Santa Teresa is perceived to be a charming small town. I too have considered the appeal of a nice small town. However, Santa Teresa is part of the city of San Jose, albeit the southern outskirts. San Jose is the 11th largest city in the nation and 3rd largest in California. Instead of relocating to a small town, we decided to create a community web site which attempted to bring the small town community feel, where everyone seems to know everyone else, to the big city. Our little part of San Jose can be a small town, but also have all the benefits of the big city.
