Do you own one of the 4/2.5 bath Lyons homes (layout is same as the homes with the porch above the garage, sq is about 2186)? In talking to a few neighbors, it seems that we all have the same problem with a leak of some sort in the family room just below the master bath shower. So far I've heard three different ideas as to what it is and what might fix it. Has anyone else had this problem? If you've fixed it, please tell us what did the trick! I've had a plumber look at it (thinking it was the pipes for the shower) and he couldn't figure out the problem. I have a big patch in my ceiling and don't really want to retexture until I'm sure it's fixed.
