Am I the only one who objects to real estate people dropping off their "junk mail" on the doorstep? My wife and I like to travel as often as possible. We're able to stop the newspapers and regular mail, but the pile of real estate trash on the porch is a sure tip-off that no one is at home.
It's interesting to see what we could sell our house for...IF we were interested in selling, but the litter factor is too much. I realize that name recognition is the name of the game, but it cuts both ways. Some Realtors will never get my business because of their drop-offs.
