Re my previous posting about the condition of Carl's Jr restaurant at Santa Teresa Village - Bernal & Santa Teresa. Either I'm an effective communicator or a refurbishing was in the works before my note was posted...probably the latter of the two. Anyhow, the facility has been refurbished inside and looks fine from what I can see. Still can't understand letting it run down so badly and still be open for business, but that's in the past. Don't know about the quality of the fast food, but the "store" looks great.
