Does anyone know what type of business is presently going in on the southeast corner of San Ignacio and Bernal Road?

The area that has been scraped for construction at the corner of Bernal Road and San Ignacio Avenue on the residential side is for fire station twenty-seven. The city is building a new fire station there and plans to have it completed in one year. They will relocate fire station twenty-seven which is currently in a converted home across from Santa Teresa Golf Course.[SAS]
