Subj: Bernal Ramp Metering Lights for 101 N.

Hi All,

I am confused as to why the metering lights were again turned on to the 101 N. ramp from Bernal. Those metering lights were not in use over the past 6-9 months. The traffic was never a problem, but now it is a nightmare.

Does anyone know why these lights are again in use? What government agency can I officially complain?
