I saw somewhere on your site (possibly Rancho Santa Teresa) that they were wanting preparedness classes. The city of San Jose offers great classes. The URL to the site is: http://www.ci.san-jose.ca.us/oes/sanjoseprepared/index.htm. Although it is out of date (their web master has taken a new job), the courses are quite complete and inexpensive. If you take all 4 classes you get a green vest, hardhat and pouch. The classes are taught by various experts in their field, eg. fire dept., PG&E, NASA, etc. Check it out and if you have any questions, let me know.
