Subj: Folks I talked to From: [email protected] (Barry Witt) Hi, I'm hoping to contact the folks on this board who have been discussing the new 2,930 housing units being built on the former IBM Cottle Road property. As you may have heard, the city is now considering approval of an additional 1,500 housing units on the adjoining iStar property (where the former orchard was, adjacent to IBM), and I'd like to hear what the community concerns are.
