A FAMILY bike shop. A place where you can go and get help with a tire or any other bike problem. There's a "bike" shop on the side street next to OSH, but the guy who runs it is too snotty to help normal folks, he just wants to deal with bike racers. We've tried to get help there a few times, much to our disappointment.

The nearest good bike shop is Santa Teresa bikes over on Capitol, which is a haul....
