I have always used this laundry mat for large blankets etc. I take exception to the negative feedback here. Appx a month ago I went in to do some large items. The man reunning the place couldn't have been nicer! Being leary, I said I didn't know how to work the change machine, so he put my $20 in & counted all those quarters back, then offerd me a chair to be comfortable in while I waited for my laundry to be done. I have been there many times over he last 9 years and have NEVER had a problem, so hopeuflly this was just a fluke!
