Neighborhood guy with time on my hands looking for you frustrated local residents with PC troubles looking for a fix. I've been doing this for quite some time and decided to go neighborhood local to see if there would be any interest.

Just a little background.

Most PC troubles are caused by (in my experience):

1. Viruses
2. "Tinkering" by the user (OS or BIOS)
3. Downloading incomatible software from the Net causing Windows reaction.
4. OS corruption from "net surfing" and "cookies.
5. "Spyware" causing frustrating pop-up's.
6. Anything that you would like to eliminate causing PC anoyances.
7. Less than expected performance with your system and performance analysis and fix.

So. I'm here in the neighborhood.

Rate table:

30.00/hr (minimum charge 1st hour)
16.00/hr per additional hour.

If I can't fix your problem, the minimum service call to you is $30.00. A lot less than your mechanic or plumber or CompUSA.
