Subj: 120FT HIGH BUILDINGS
From: [email protected] (Tim Alton)

It has been explained to me by someone involved in the project that the reason for the 120ft high vs 90ft (8 story vs 6 story) requirement nothing to do with the 250 acre lake and the new math, that I posted earlier. Apparently the request for 8 story buildings is based on the need for design flexibility and the desire to cluster buildings near the mass transit stations. The light rail will run down Santa Teresa and there will be a Cal Train station on the eastern side of the campus.
