It seems the proposed McKean Road Sports Complex is bringing out the worst in our city's politicians. I wonder how much the private corporation who stands to receive a 20 year lease at $1.00 per year on a prime piece of real estate has contributed to the campaign funds of our elected officials? Not to mention the gift of at least $500K in city funds. I thought our government had a huge deficit and is being forced to raise taxes? San Jose seems to have money to give away.
