If building Cysco or other businesses and homes in this area are possible, this would be great. I have lived in South San Jose about my whole life and ever sice the Fairchild Incident of the 70's occured, the city has somewhat neglected our area. If such new business is allowed, it will mean road improvements and other amenities taht come with business and residential. I know people associate this with "traffic" but I see it as growth and prosperity. Maybe those who are sick of the traffic scene will leave and allow some of us who have lived here do long to actually enjoy the fruits of our labor and taxes. Like affordable housing with lower demand.
