Subj: Coyote Valley Development Feedback From: [email protected] I used to be in favor of development of this area. but my experience and observation during last year or so, proved to me that, for every project that seems on surface, to be a development, and suppose to be good for community, but it will hurt the local communities financially, by devaluating the exciting housing. Why are these projects get passed by city and county Officals? The answer is, normally these projects are proposed by politicians, so they can create profit for certain individuals without any consideration for local people. I believe there must be a system to stop these politicians and opportunitists, which are using the system, for their own benfits in expense of others. History is repeating itself, and there is another project on Mckean road, whichis under consideration to build a stadium for kids??? George Khachi |
