Subj: Coyote Valley Development Feedback From: [email protected] Coyote Valley is a pristine open space, the last piece of agriculture land not paved over with asphalt and tract homes. Traffic is our no. 1 problem, and is unsolveable. For every piece of land we develop add more cars to get to and from it. It is a sad state when you can no longer plan a trip to the mountains and plan to leave 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. How about morning comute up 101,west on 85, east over Sunol grade evening comute anywhere after 3;30. It's not road and highways needing improvements any longer it's TOO MANY CARS. If there was a method to measure maximum number of cars that our roads in this area could handle, like the number of people an elevator can hold, we would be easily 4 to 6 hundred per cent over capacity, as a guess. |
