Our neighborhood is surrounded by community housing. These houses consist of Vets on drugs to keep there moods ect. stable. I live on Terrazzo Dr. In San Jose. There are 3 houses of this sort in our neighborhood. These houses are about 40 ft. from Allen School. I have had my dog poisoned by this group, they are drunk during the day and the police are called probably every 3-4 days out of the week. How can we petition to get these people off our streets. I am planning on having children with in the next year, and with neighbors such as this it is not safe.

They consistly look over neighbors fences into our back yard. They smoke all day long and drink alcohol most of the time. I have contacted the mayor and the police to see what can be done and they said you are fighting someone you can not beat. I don't believe that. I know this particular family owns homes in other areas that house these types of people as well. Does anyone have any suggestions for us?
