Subj: Lucky's on Bernal From: [email protected] I live here on Castillon with my wife and children, and have found the new Lucky's a fantastic place to shop. The selection is large enough, seeing as they have combined a grocery store, and a drug store under one roof. I was discouraged slightly when I read of one item of feedback, stating that the food was old. I have yet to find that to be the case. I have noticed some of the fruits to be wanting, but I would sooner suggest that it is a condition of the fruit, and not of the staffing of Lucky's. As a manager at a Drug Store myself, I can tell you that I have not seen any issues that suggest that product rotation is a problem. Nor can I suggest that the number of clerks they have are "less" than what you should expect for such a large store. You can gauge it yourself by seeing if there are any employees "stocking" shelves. If all are checking, and none can be found on the sales floor, then one of two things is true: A) The store has gotten incredibly busy at an odd hour. or B) the customer service needs should be looked at.
