Subj: Encinal Drive Traffic Light From: [email protected] I live on Castillon Way and turn left on to Santa Teresa Blvd every morning for work. My daughter and wife also turn left on Santa Teresa Blvd. going to school and work. It is very dangerous and could be much safer if we had a traffic light. Many children live across Santa Teresa who attend Santa Teresa Elemetary School. They have to run to media (half way) across Santa Teresa Blvd and the cross the next lanes off or walk about two blockes to the Traffic light near Purple Hills Dr. I personnally think the city should eliminate the light at Myuki and add a light a Encinal Dr. With the new housing complex on the east side of Santa Teresa Blvd. traffic turning onto or into the complexes on the West and east sides of Santa Teresa Blvd. I feel the children deserve a safe place to cross Santa Teresa Blvd that attend the Elemetary School and play at the Park. Sincerely Yours, Norman Collier |
