My information on the center is a bit dated now. I will put a call into Tom Wilson soon to see if there is an update. Mr. Wilson had said then that he was in the process of closing escrow on the old Lucky store building so it is possible that Duckett-Wilson now owns the building. I doubt that the police substation is coming to the old McDonald's site. It has been reported in the newspaper that the new police storefront substation for our area will be on a site at Oakridge Mall. An actual police substation for the southern part of the city will be in Almaden. [SAS]
