some radical changes need to occur before any decent stores consider his location.We need to demonstrate zero tolerance towards the drug dealing low lifes who haunt the pay phones,throw the mental misfits in jail who constantly beg for change(get a job,loser) and begin to take back our decent neighborhood. The 98 cent store is a joke...Bulldoze it.Only after all of these things occur will people feel safe in this shopping center.
