Subj: Re: Coyote Valley Specific Plan is brilliant, and will be a great place to live! As if there isn't enough urbanization already?! What valley floor would you propose protecting? High density crap housing with no privacy and views looking out onto another high rise crap housing building is the last thing we need. More people, concrete lined creeks for storm runoff. This is just yet another example of runaway urbanization in the name of greed. The City should be protecting this area from greedy developers and further neverending (until there's no more valley floors left) urbanization. It's a damn shame. This development and others like it should be stopped dead in their tracks. We are the 11th largest city in the US already, but no, the developers need more. The same developers who are in bed with the mayor chomping at the bit to build more houses. As usual, nature gets crapped on, and more houses, the last thing we need, get built. Way to go, San Jose! |
