San Jose is a great place to live and will continue to be. Its quality of life is second to none and we are lucky to have had some great forward thinking leaders in the past two decades, and a lot of praise should go to the RDA as well.

I understand that change can be difficult at first however it is inevetible. If you truly value and appreciate farm lands and orchards, so much than move to Fresno see how you like living in that craphole. Some people will never be happy no matter what you do.

If you actually read the Dahlin groups recomendations it is exaclty what San Jose needs its own little specialized community that preserves tons of open space by utilizing higher density housing. Long story short, their goal is to create a vibrate micro community with light rail connections to cultural, arts and sporting events downtown.

I love the ideas proposed I would actually like to see higher denisities used. I think the consultants and the city are doing a great job and would lovet to live their someday.
