Subj: Maria Ferrer From: [email protected] I talked to Maria Ferrer tonight regarding her kick-off breakfast for District 2 council representative this Saturday at the Santa Teresa library. Bagels and juice and coffee, etc., will be served. RSVP her via phone or e-mail. See the events section of this web site. I told her I would support the candidate who was most actively against the power plant. Any candidate that does not take an open stand against the power plant should not be supported. We need to get this message to Forest Williams, since he is also running to be a District 2 council person. He is also a member of the planning department and will make recommendations to the planning commissioners who will vote to rezone Coyote Valley for heavy industrial useage and 145 foot smoke stacks. If Forest recommends the zoning changes, we should do everything in our power to see he does not get elected. We do not want another Fairchild, and we do not want another Charlotte Powers!
