I have a large portion of my retirement income invested in the equity of my home.

Will we be able to find any qualified buyers? Or will we have to rent to low income tenants?

Maybe we will have to convert our houses to group homes. The county will pay a great rate to house 13 drug addicts, recently released from prison, to stay in your house for 90 days. The city council approved this activity in our neighborhood 2 years ago.
