We do not want a powerplant in this residential area because it will create more pollution and more traffic and because it will decrease property values in our neighborhood. Further the plant presents a potential safety hazard because of stored ammonia and because of other fuel and fueling situations. This power plant should be constructed somewhere else - in a heavy industrial area.
