Regarding the 186 million tons of NOx per year, that is an expected value, not a proven one. Bechtel told me that they are going to embark on a five year monitoring program to see what the NOx really will be. The technology is not proven and not backed by firm test data. In fact I think that the ammonia is injected into an area much to low in temperature to lower the NOx significantly.
