This is a monstrous plan. There cannot be two opinions about this matter. While people everywhere are trying to get rid of heavy industry plants in residential areas, Calpine & Bechtel Group wants to convice us that it's a most beneficial project for our area: the water, the air - everything will be better! I suggest they try to realize these ideas in Saratoga. Probably Saratoga residents will be more agreeable.
