I do not feel that this is the best location for a new power plant when there is much more land in areas that are not as close to residential communities. Also, this area will be developed in the near future for mostly residential housing and a power plant would deter people from buying while at the same time drive current housing values in the area down. There are also safety and health risks that come with this type of business.
