I'm in full support of Cisco (or any other employer) developing and expanding to the south of Silicon Valley proper BUT it better get it's corporate head out of sand about Metcalf. You can NOT have your cake and eat too. If they want something from the citizens of the south bay like land, water and power to expand their business then they better support the development of ALL the resources they will need to do so.
