Cisco may choose its proposed 48 MW to 60 MW power plant to be a simple cycle gas turbine because it is the quickest, cheapest and easiest to permit configuration to build. They may only wish to run the plant for peaking purposes only.

Still, it would be a major power plant, deep in the heart of dixie, and oh so close to that Cisco day-care center. This is turning into a farce of epic proportions.
