We have plenty of other land 'reuse' availible. Do not need to develope a large commercial facility on otherwise undeveloped land. Concider the 'high tech' park that already exists by 101 and Silver Creek Valley/ Blossom Hill Road. Cisco would not be anticipating building there if there was not some specualtion on rising values through this development. Local roads can in no way support the level of traffic that exists now....how can they even concider building more buildings, and attacting more traffic.
