Subj: Cisco Systems Feedback From: [email protected] While many if not all agree that the best scenario is to leave Coyote Valley as farmland or an open wild area is the most desirable, it is certainly the least realistic. The alternative to Cisco is the far more certain scenario of development by other companies that don't care AT ALL about the community. Development is inevitable no matter what we vote, fight, demonstrate, whatever. At least Cisco cares a little bit for the area (vs not at all per virtually ALL other companies. The worst scenario, which is also a highly probable alternative, is the rezoning for hotels and condos I say we push for Cisco development. It is the best of all the realistic scenarios for Coyote Valley and South San Jose. Alfredo Navala |
