Cisco should not be allowed to build campus until:
Mass transit is available
101 improvements completed
Light rail extension completed
Housing south of campus is developed.

The city's master plan for the area is 10 years old!

Many thing has changed. (Traffic flows, growth, needs for new services)

The city need to re-study the effects of this type of development.

The reverse commute statements are a joke. What about the 20,000 other jobs that will be created once the Cisco Campus is buit. Once the highways are filled, traffic will flood onto city streets. (Santa Teresa) More pollution than having the power plant.

The quality of life
